The Role

We're seeking an independently licensed therapist with strong clinical experience treating OCD with ERP and/or I-CBT to join our growing team. You will be our first clinician dedicated solely to the treatment of OCD spectrum disorders during the perinatal period.

About Our Clients

We serve perinatal women and their partners navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, postpartum adjustment, infertility treatment, and perinatal loss across the full spectrum from family planning through early parenthood. Comfort and sensitivity across all of these presentations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions with a perinatal focus
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques appropriate to each client's needs
• Collaborate with our perinatal nurse navigator and referring providers as part of integrated care
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in SimplePractice
• Optional: facilitate group and/or couples sessions

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Active license to practice in Maryland (additional in one or more following jurisdictions preferred): DC, MD, VA, TX
• Minimum two years of clinical experience working with perinatal women
• Minimum one year of psychotherapy experience
• PMH-C certification preferred
• Advanced training in at least one evidence-based modality applicable to perinatal populations preferred (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IPT, or equivalent)
• Access to a private office space meeting HIPAA minimum standards for telehealth

This position is compensated on a fee-for-service basis per completed session. $63-123 per session
