As a Method Engineer, your mission is to develop and maintain standardize assembly methods, optimizing production lines, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence, and leveraging tools to support decision-making while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. You will report to the Operations Manager.
You will
Develop and maintain standardized assembly methods, visual work instructions, PFMEA analyses, and line-balancing models to achieve flexible , low-throughput-time productions lines.
Configure new and existing lines for pumo assembly and service, specify tooling and equpment.
Develop processes for accurate material tracking, damage control, and just-in-time replinishment.
Identify automation or ergonomic ehancements to prevent line stoppages and injuries
Implement and monitor poka-yoke solutions, first-time-right processes, and ISO/OSHA requirements to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory adherence.

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience or methods or process engineering
Prior experience working with large-scale industrial pumos or related equipment preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
Experience with Power BI
Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 140001, and ISO 450001 standards
