What We're Looking for in a Module Design Architect:
Bachelor's (Master's Preferred) in Electrical Engineering
10 Years of Product Management / Product Defining Experience in Power Electronics and/or Infrastructure Markets
2+ Years of Power Module Engineering Team Experience
Experience Leading NPI Definition of Power Module Products
Experience with Governance through NPI Planning Gates and Readiness Reviews
Experience as Point of Contact Across: Product Line Management, Design Eng., Quality, Packaging, Internal/External Manufacturing
