As a Process Engineer supporting the CLEANWELL® manufacturing hub in North America, you will play a key role in industrial ramp-up, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. This position is central to performance monitoring, cost efficiency, and building technical expertise across operations.
Your Role at a Glance
- Develop and deliver operator training programs on plating procedures, equipment, and quality standards
- Lead and participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot process deviations, quality defects, and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate on equipment maintenance, upgrades, and evaluation of new technologies
- Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and chemical handling regulations
- Assist in industrialization of new products from R&D to full-scale production
- Benchmark processes with global CLEANWELL® operations to align standards and best practices
We’re looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, or pneumatic systems preferred
- PLC programming, automation, and troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to work in environments requiring safety equipment, including respirator use
