Job Summary:
The Process Technician will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by performing various technical tasks related to process monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and control manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Assist in the development and implementation of new processes, procedures, and equipment.
Collect and analyze process data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Operate and maintain a variety of manufacturing and testing equipment.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of process parameters, maintenance activities, and product quality.
Provide training and support to production operators as needed.
