Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor daily construction progress, schedule performance, milestones, and critical path activities.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to validate schedule logic and progress.
Analyze project sequencing, dependencies, and critical path impacts across multiple work fronts and construction phases.
Identify schedule risks, delays, constraints, and conflicts while developing mitigation and recovery strategies.
Produce executive-level schedule reports and communicate project status, risks, and upcoming milestones to leadership and clients.
Maintain schedule accuracy through continuous field updates and real-time project information.
Support commissioning-driven construction activities by ensuring milestone alignment across multiple project zones.
Collaborate with field teams in a fast-paced, on-site construction environment while serving as the central resource for project scheduling and coordination.
Utilize Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Procore, and project reporting systems to support overall project controls and schedule management.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in project scheduling or project controls on large industrial, power generation, oil & gas, renewable energy, data center, or other complex capital construction projects.
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 is required.
Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule logic, activity sequencing, and dependency management.
Experience monitoring project progress, updating schedules, and identifying schedule risks and recovery opportunities.
Ability to understand construction scope, work sequencing, and project execution without requiring detailed engineering expertise.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present schedule updates and collaborate with project teams, executives, contractors, and clients.
Experience working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field construction personnel in an active job-site environment.
