Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Recreation Vehicle Customer Service Advisor with experience of RV systems to join our team in Wilmington, NC. The role involves providing excellent customer support through direct interaction with clients, answering inquiries about our RV products, services, and rentals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting with service appointments, maintaining effective communication with clients, and addressing customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally. The advisor will act as a key resource to enhance the overall customer experience and uphold our reputation for exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, demonstrating a commitment to delivering a positive experience for all clients
• Proficiency in Customer-focused Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly Telephone Manner
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the automotive or RV industry is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
