We are seeking a driven and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for someone with proven staffing experience who can ramp quickly, manage a desk with confidence, and thrive in a high-performing team environment.

In this role, you will source, screen, and place healthcare professionals while building strong candidate relationships and managing an active pipeline. The right person will bring a strong production mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to stay steady through the natural highs and lows of staffing. This role also requires someone who is comfortable learning new specialties and working across verticals, including allied, nursing, and behavioral health.

The Opportunity:

• Source new candidates through cold calling, referrals, social media, job boards, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Match candidates to opportunities based on experience, goals, and market needs.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
• Negotiate placement details and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and placement process.
• Partner with internal teams and hiring leaders to move candidates through the process efficiently.
• Adapt across specialties and verticals as business needs shift.
• Work toward weekly and monthly production goals.
• Use sound judgment in deal selection and prioritize opportunities most likely to lead to successful outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Proven staffing or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare staffing
• Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills
• Ability to ramp quickly and manage a desk with confidence
• Strong production mindset and drive to succeed
• Resilience and ability to work through challenging cycles
• Comfortable in demanding environments and able to handle pressure well
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Adaptable and able to work well with different personalities and team dynamics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
