The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a specific region. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve commercial goals and objectives.
YourResponsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial goals within the region
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and execute marketing plans
Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote products and services
Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast to the management
Stay up to date on industry trends and competition
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
This role will require 40-50% travel to local dealers in the states of Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Colorado
Let's Talk About Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of the industry and the target market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to contribute to cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel
