Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $59.00/hr
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, business analysis, stakeholder management, and Scrum facilitation. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions while ensuring Agile best practices are followed to deliver high-quality products. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Master Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team productivity.
  • Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Foster collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint performance.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis sessions.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.
  • Ensure business requirements are clearly communicated to technical teams.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business analysis techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in backlog management and user story creation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Scrum certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master are preferred.
  • Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are an advantage.
  • Experience working in Agile transformation or digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of SQL, API integrations, and data analysis is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or a hybrid Scrum Master/Business Analyst role.
  • Proven experience delivering Agile projects in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
