Senior SAP Basis Lead / Landscape Owner

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Basis Lead / Landscape Owner to take end-to-end ownership of the SAP landscape, driving operational excellence, transformation initiatives, and technical governance across SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern the complete SAP landscape and Basis roadmap
• Lead SAP Basis operations, administration, and service delivery
• Drive SAP S/4HANA conversion, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects
• Manage SAP RISE, S/4HANA administration, and cloud-based SAP environments
• Lead Basis strategy, architecture, capacity planning, and technical governance
• Manage SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), Control-M scheduling, and integration platforms
• Perform Oracle database administration activities and coordinate with infrastructure teams
• Lead SAP security patching, kernel upgrades, refreshes, system copies, and HA/DR initiatives
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for business and project stakeholders
• Drive automation, process improvements, compliance, and audit readiness
• Mentor offshore teams and ensure adherence to SAP best practices

Required Skills

• 12+ years of SAP Basis experience
• Strong experience in S/4HANA Conversion, Upgrades, and Migration projects
• SAP RISE, SAP BTP, Cloud ALM (CALM), and Control-M expertise
• Oracle Database administration and performance tuning experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA administration, HSR, HA/DR, and system replication
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
