SIU 1st Party Coverage Attorney

FULLY REMOTE - Must be licensed in CA - 1st PARTY INSURANCE COVERAGE ATTORNEY

Seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years' experience in EUO, SIU, Insurance Fraud, Insurance Coverage for an AV-rated firm looking to expand their Civil Litigation Team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of defense work with interesting cases. The role is fully remote with CA licensure required; may reside anywhere in the US. This firm will provide further training and mentoring for career development and growth; they are team-oriented and have full staff support with a very collegial work culture; they go the extra mile to make their people feel appreciated and ask that you bring a passionate work ethic and enthusiasm for building collaborative, strong relationships.

Areas of practice include: General Liability Defense, Insurance Fraud, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Premises Liability, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defect.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Special Investigations and EUO experience required
• Admitted to State Bar of California, additional states' licensing a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication; drafting motions, pleadings, briefings
• 1st chair, jury trial to verdict experience, taking and defending depositions
  
  

Compensation structure is an annual base salary range: $150K - $190K, DOE; higher salary ranges with 10 to 25+ years of experience. Additional details on benefits, 401K and unlimited PTO available. First interview via zoom; second in-person.
