About the role
We are hiring for a Solutions Engineer to help customers succeed with Workbrew. One part product educator, one part technical consultant, you’ll help organizations understand the value we deliver, design integrations, and solve complex technical problems that stand in the way of rollout.
This is a full-time role, reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering.
In this role, you will
Serve as the technical partner to new and existing customers—during evaluations, onboarding, and renewals.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, especially to technical audiences (IT, SecOps, Infrastructure).
Help implement and troubleshoot integrations with MDMs, CI/CD pipelines, identity providers, and internal developer tooling.
Travel (up to 50%) to meet strategic customers and attend industry events.
