Must have at least 2 to 3+ years of Ground-Up Multi-Family construction experience. Strong ability to read and interpret plumbing, electrical, structural, and architectural plans. The Construction Manager will oversee the full construction lifecycle of multi-family residential projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assists and manage all phases of ground-up multi-family construction projects.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and company expectations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges and delays.
Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
Review and approve subcontractor scopes, change orders, and invoices.
Maintain accountability for project profitability and performance.
Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 3+ years of Ground-Up Multi-Family construction experience (Required)
Leadership: Proven experience managing field teams and subcontractors.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, structural, and architectural plans.
Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Los Angeles time)
License: Valid Driver’s License (Required)
