What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing top talent to closing placements.
• Build and maintain a strong, ready-to-go pipeline of high-quality candidates and contractors.
• Move with urgency to fill job orders while maintaining precision and profitability.
• Develop trusted relationships with both clients and candidates—be the go-to advisor they rely on.
• Use a consultative approach to guide candidates through opportunities and influence outcomes.
• Stay agile and focused in a high-energy, ever-changing environment.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or a similar results-driven role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone—you know how to engage and persuade.
• A competitive, results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency.
• The ability to juggle priorities and stay organized under pressure.
• Natural relationship-building skills—you’re credible, trustworthy, and easy to work with.
• Problem-solving ability and a knack for thinking on your feet.

• Advanced sourcing instincts—you know how to find talent others miss using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Closing ability—you can build urgency, handle objections, and confidently guide candidates to a yes.
• Tech fluency—comfortable navigating ATS platforms, online research tools, and Microsoft Office to stay organized and efficient.
• AI-powered recruiting—you leverage AI tools to source candidates, craft outreach, streamline workflows, and gain a competitive edge.
• Pipeline discipline—you keep a steady flow of qualified candidates ready to move when opportunities hit.
• Business acumen—you understand that recruiting is equal parts relationship-building and revenue-driving.
