Our Core Areas

  • Softlines: Testing, inspection, and certification services for textiles, clothing, footwear, leather goods, and other consumer products.
  • Hardlines: Safety and quality testing for household goods, toys, furniture, sports equipment, tools, and DIY products.
  • Electrical: Testing and certification of electrical and electronic products, from household appliances to industrial control systems.
  • Solar & Commercial: Quality assurance and certification of photovoltaic modules, inverters, and commercial technical installations.
  • Medical: Comprehensive testing and certification for medical devices, from diagnostic equipment to implants.

Compensation Data

The salary range for this position is $64,000-$78,000 and reflects factors such as years of experience, relevant expertise, and overall qualifications.

Job Summary

Responsible for execution of conformity assessments for the safety, quality and/or performance of products in various categories.

This posting is for a 2nd Shift position, with a shift of 4pm - 12:30am Pacific Time.

Job Description

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for assigned projects.
  • Define testing requirements, methodologies, plans, and programs.
  • Conduct testing and analyze data to interpret results.
  • Ensure test results meet applicable standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and issue accurate, timely test reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external laboratories to support testing activities as needed.
  • Support sales efforts by providing input on testing costs, capacities, and technical capabilities when required.
  • Represent the organization at internal meetings, customer engagements, and industry events by providing technical expertise.
  • Foster a strong customer experience through professional communication and service.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop technical expertise; candidates with limited experience but a strong aptitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

University Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
