What You'll Do
As a Trim & Drill Technician, you'll be a key member of our Trim & Drill team, using air-powered and electric tools to trim, drill, and prepare composite aircraft parts for assembly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic mechanical skills who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in aircraft manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Trim composite aircraft parts using air-powered hand tools
Drill precise holes using templates, fixtures, and drill jigs
Bead blast surfaces to prepare parts for bonding and assembly
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, specifications, and company procedures
Safely operate tools and equipment while following all safety policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn a skilled trade
Experience using a variety of hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and follow written instructions and engineering drawings
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously learn
Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing quality work
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Ability to lift materials and equipment as required
