Vice President, Finance | Controlling - Automotive Commercial | Sales

Seeking an accomplished Vice President, Finance | Controlling - Automotive Commercial | Sales to build and lead our Commercial Finance & Controlling organization as we prepare for a major commercial launch. This is a rare opportunity to establish a best-in-class finance function from the ground up, partnering directly with executive leadership to shape the financial strategy, governance, and operational performance of a rapidly growing automotive organization.

The Commercial Controlling team serves as the financial backbone of the company's commercial operations, providing strategic financial leadership across vehicle sales, retail operations, aftersales, marketing, customer experience, pricing, and commercial profitability. This executive will create the financial operating model, establish governance and reporting frameworks, build high-performing teams, and deliver actionable insights that enable disciplined growth and profitable decision-making.

The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with operational excellence, serving as both a trusted business advisor and an independent financial control leader.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline required
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in:
