Top management now has expectations around three things: culture, ethics and opportunity-based thinking. 💡 Here's what that means for your next surveillance audit: Auditors will look at how leadership shapes decisions. Not what the policy says. What happens when schedule, cost and quality come into tension. A production lead who says "ship it now, fix the paperwork later" tells an auditor more about culture than any framed policy on the wall. Three things worth preparing: → Leadership messaging that consistently reinforces quality expectations → A documented mechanism for raising ethical concerns — with evidence it's used → Awareness training updated to cover behavior, not only knowledge Most organizations already have these in fragments.
