Incredible mission James Dacombe! As you solve the data-movement bottleneck, don't sleep on Porto. It’s a unique 'full-stack' semiconductor hub - the rare intersection of Synopsys (logic), Amkor (packaging), and top photonics research. Maybe another strategic location for the OTPU?
