🚨 Hiring: Senior IT Support Analyst | Central London (Hybrid) 🚨 I’m working with a highly respected boutique investment management firm that supports a global investment portfolio who are looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their small, but high performing IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a broad technology stack – from end-user support through to infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity projects. 💻 The role will involve: • Supporting appox 50 users across the UK and Southeast Asia • Delivering high-quality desktop support (in-person & remote) • Managing and improving cloud, infrastructure and security environments • Working with technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, Intune, Autopilot, VMware/Hyper-V and enterprise security tools • Contributing to IT projects and service improvements 👤 Ideal background: • 5+ years’ experience in IT support / infrastructure roles • Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience • Solid networking, firewall and cybersecurity knowledge • Experience with Azure or AWS environments 📍 Location: Central London (4 days in the office) If you’re interested, or know someone who might be, please get in touch: paul@orlaroseassociates.co.uk #Hiring #ITJobs #ITSupport #Cloud #CyberSecurity #LondonTech
