Press Release For immediate release Date: May 19, 2026 Aurora Sterilisation secures EUR 10.8 million in funding under the IPCEI Tech4Cure programme to accelerate the ecological transition of single-use medical device sterilisation Aurora Sterilisation ("Aurora"), an innovative company in the field of medical sterilisation, announces the securing of €10.8 million in grants and repayable advances. This funding, obtained under the IPCEI Tech4Cure programme and operated by Bpifrance, will enable Aurora to support medical device manufacturers in the ecological transition of their product sterilisation processes. - Aurora's cutting-edge technology addresses critical challenges in the medical sector by: - Protecting patients from infections related to single-use medical devices; Facilitating the introduction of new medical devices through an adapted sterilisation process; - Using a sterilising agent that is safe for human health and the environment, while remaining energy-efficient.
