We ♥️ Life Sciences — BioLawEurope AGM 2026 in Prague Insightful discussions, fresh perspectives and inspiring exchanges at this year’s BioLawEurope Annual General Meeting in beautiful Prague once again demonstrated the importance of cross-border dialogue.💡 Our professional program focused on some key regulatory and market developments in the life sciences and healthcare sector across Europe (plus interesting insights from our US member Brian Hand), including: - the evolving role of pharmacies within primary care delivery models – presented by Igor Pieš - a comparative survey on university spin-outs, focusing on IP allocation mechanisms, legal frameworks and equity participation models practices across the BLE members' jurisdictions – presented by Jan Bjerrum Bach based on contributions from BioLawEurope members - clinical trial data and the evolving impact of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and the EU Digital Omnibus initiative – presented by Agnieszka Wozniak We likewise had an engaging exchange on the potential implications of the US “Most Favored Nation” pharmaceutical pricing policy for drug pricing and availability across Europe - and many further discussions.
