My neighbors are seriously struggling. Bankruptcies are up. One neighbor said no fertilizer this year. A dairy farm near me went for 6 million. And 50 acres is up for 600k, in a non remarkable school district. In fact we just had an in district plot of 25 acres sell, and turned into a development. Each acre is going for 225k.
