I just listened to the episode and I really enjoyed it! ❤️ I remember the initiative was still ongoing when I worked at CERN so it’s super interesting to see the results of the Programme and how it has affected the hiring process as well as the culture at CERN. The new initiative inclusion matters sounds very exciting and it would be interesting to know what actions will be part of the initiative in the end. Definitely a very important and exciting project 💪🏼

That was fascinating - I had thought I fully understood diversity but now realize how much more there is to learn and be aware of.
