It’s exciting to see the latest exploration results and underground expansion potential coming out of Tomingley Gold Operations, operated by Alkane Resources Ltd. As the site continues to grow, we’re proud to have recently supported critical infrastructure behind the scenes! Over the course of 8 days, our team at Goals A+N successfully delivered a complex warehouse relocation for Tomingley Gold Operations in regional NSW. The project involved the disassembly, transfer, and reinstallation of 32 heavy-duty Brownbuilt shelving units, along with the secure relocation of high-value stock and equipment across sites. As part of our end-to-end delivery model, a dedicated Project Manager was deployed on-site to oversee pre-move planning, stock mapping, labelling, and the coordination of every shelf and container move. We also managed the relocation of 3 x 20ft shipping containers worth of materials, ensuring every item was accounted for, labelled, and placed according to the new warehouse layout. Despite tight access, safety requirements, and cross-site coordination, the relocation was completed on time, with zero stock discrepancies or safety incidents.
