Yesterday I had the opportunity to speak at the GDC Dental Leadership Network event, and I'm still reflecting on what a great experience it was. It was a privilege to share the supportive approach that mydentist (UK) takes to integrating internationally qualified dentists into our practices, and to exchange ideas and expand my network through new connections. A big thank you to the General Dental Council for the invitation, to Dr.Kaushik Paul for sharing the stage with me, and to everyone who engaged with the event. I really enjoyed being part of it. My daughter finished her dental technology degree in India and then her M.Sc in cad cam dental technology degree at the University of Manchester. She is searching for opportunities and has experience.
