While the 'LED' lights came on for the #dental #profession in #Ghana as we espoused at their 35th annual congress how 'L'eadership, 'E'ntrepreneurship and Workforce 'D'evelopment (LED) could totally transform the entire #oralhealth field and make their noble profession so winsome that #quackery will no longer have a field day, these same three pillars may very well apply to whatever our various professions or fields of endeavour might be.
