We're Hiring: Management Trainee (Food Technology) – Dubai Opportunity Training Location: Tech4Serve Project Consultants LLP, Dwarka Sector 19, New Delhi Job Location: Dubai Tech4Serve Project Consultants LLP is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and career-driven Management Trainees who are eager to work on international food manufacturing and processing projects. Training & Deployment a. 15 days of professional training at our New Delhi office. b. Upon successful completion, candidates will be deployed to Dubai. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Assist in food factory setup, commissioning, and project execution ✅ Support production planning and daily manufacturing operations ✅ Monitor food quality, hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance ✅ Prepare SOPs, production reports, and operational documentation ✅ Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, maintenance, and operations teams ✅ Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency ✅ Monitor inventory, raw material usage, and production records ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and international food safety standards ✅ Participate in factory inspections, audits, and quality checks ✅ Assist in troubleshooting production and operational issues ✅ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams as required ✅ Analyze production data and prepare MIS reports for management ✅ Learn and implement best practices in food processing and manufacturing ✅ Support senior management in day-to-day operational and project activities ✅ Travel to project sites and provide on-site support whenever required Desired Profile: a. B.Tech in food technology b. Candidates with up to 1 to 3 years of experience can apply c. Good communication and analytical skills d. Willingness to relocate to Dubai after training e.
