Anand Bakshi’s Post

During my tenure at Adobe and then Cisco, I was the employee filling out the Great Place To Work survey and I'll admit, it felt good. Good to have a say. Prouder still to see my organisation land at #1 year after year. So I've felt the power of a high-trust, high-capability culture from the inside. I just never had the data to explain it. On 28 July, that changes. Over the last few months, we had the chance to research the material impact of investing in culture & capability in your organisations and we are bringing in the receipts. New Cornerstone OnDemand × Great Place To Work® Australia research puts The Hidden Number at $1.64M of economic value for every 1,000 employees. I'm thrilled to join Great Place To Work to unpack it. We'll skip the theory and get into the mechanics: How to connect capability drivers to workforce outcomes and how they show up in your CFO’s reports. Which elements of culture & capability have the biggest economic impact? Which demographic in your organization is feeling the pinch? and how to find your own organisation's Hidden Number. Big thanks to Rebecca Moulynox for the tireless work you do in elevating employee voice and, just as importantly, helping leaders understand and act on what they hear. Couldn't have asked for a better host! Riki Tanaka - looking forward to your insights and a genuine practitioner's take from Hilton! Most leaders sense their culture is working. Few can put a number on it. Let's fix that! Registration details in Comments.
