Henri BRUXELLES’ Post

$9.6 billion – that’s how much economic impact Danone generated in the U.S. in 2025, as reported in our first-ever U.S. Economic Impact Study. Our business also supported approximately 22,000 American jobs across areas including agriculture, manufacturing, research and development, retail and more. But beyond the numbers, these findings demonstrate the importance of the U.S. and of Danone for the U.S. They show the strength of the ecosystem we continue to build together with farmers, suppliers and partners across the country, creating value beyond our walls. We are proud to contribute to the U.S. economy, as we have been for nearly 85 years, building iconic brands including Silk, International Delight, STok, Activia, Oikos and Dannon. Our products are part of American life, from breakfast tables and lunchboxes to grocery store aisles and delivery apps. And when it comes to yogurt: experience matters.  My deepest thanks to the teams who make this impact possible!

A strong reminder that food companies create value far beyond the product on the shelf. In foodtech, this is especially important: better products also mean smarter logistics, longer shelf life, new retail formats and easier access to healthier everyday nutrition.

How does this compare to its environmental and social costs?
