I'd like to write that Stanley is a wonderful AI assistant that knows your own voice. That's the official version, the marketing discourse. However, what I found is a reasonable tool for an exorbitant price. It's far less powerful than ChatGPT or Claude and the basic subscription costs five or six times more. What's more, it doesn't really analyze your voice. What it does is reading your latest posts. That's all. No style guide, no reference material it can use in its projects. I even have the bad luck to have been charged unwillingly on my credit card, so I consider it even more expensive. I've contacted customer support for a refund and, after a lot of back and fort and a good amount of time spent, they say there's nothing they can do on their end. Bad price and worse customer support, Stanley.
