Twenty-five partner brands, and zero have been asked to change their name. Not Clean Joe, in the Boston area since 1983. Not Semper Dry Restoration, founded in Fredericksburg in 2018. Not any brand in between. There's a playbook in this industry where a strong local restoration company gets a new name and a fresh coat of paint on the trucks. We think that erases the most valuable thing the founder ever built. A restoration company's name is decades of answered calls and neighbors who know exactly who to dial when water is coming through the ceiling. That trust belongs to the local team, and it can't be manufactured from a home office. So, the names stay, the founders keep leading, and we stay behind them with the resources to handle whatever the job demands. Ten years from now, every one of those names should mean even more in its community than it does today.
