The longevity market is growing. The consumers driving it are discerning. And they're finding the Ammortal Chamber in some unexpected places. Revenue Brew covered how we're bringing the Chamber to elite hotels, spa resorts, and professional sports teams (including the Seattle Seahawks). Not as an amenity. As a core part of the experience. When partners are building new membership models around your product, that's a signal. We believe the future of wellness is collaborative and companies that care about the same customers, coming together to serve them better. — Brian Le Gette Curtis Christopherson Rob Insinger Read the full feature: https://lnkd.in/gx8-WTDR

More than 2.3M residents. Over 40M annual visitors. ~6M convention & business travelers annually. Home to the Las Vegas Raiders, Vegas Golden Knights, Las Vegas Aces, Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, and soon MLB’s Athletics. Yet Las Vegas is still rarely discussed alongside Austin, Miami, Nashville, or Scottsdale in the wellness conversation. I believe that is changing. Because wellness follows people. As populations grow, so does demand for fitness, nutrition, preventive healthcare, recovery, longevity, and human performance. Las Vegas sits at a unique intersection: • Rapid population growth • Massive tourism economy • Global convention hub • World-class hospitality infrastructure • Elite sports ecosystem We are already seeing it: Recovery centers, Pilates and yoga studios, functional medicine, longevity clinics, and wellness hospitality are expanding rapidly across the valley. Visitors are also shifting—seeking experiences that combine entertainment with health, performance, and recovery. This creates a rare convergence of wellness, sports, hospitality, healthcare, and real estate. And the most interesting evolution may not be on the Strip. It may be downtown. The Medical District is expanding healthcare innovation. The Arts District is driving culture, walkability, and community. Fremont East is attracting entrepreneurs and new concepts. Symphony Park is integrating residential, healthcare, and cultural development. Individually, these are strong signals. Together, they form a larger story. Cities of the future may not be defined by casinos, stadiums, or office towers—but by how well they help people live longer, healthier, more connected lives. That is why Las Vegas may be one of America’s most underrated wellness markets. Not because it has arrived. But because the ingredients are clearly coming together. The question is not whether wellness grows. It’s which cities lead it. Las Vegas has a real opportunity to be one of them. And Downtown Las Vegas may be where that future is built. #WellnessEconomy #LasVegas #DowntownLasVegas #WellnessTourism #Longevity #Hospitality #UrbanDevelopment #FutureOfCities

One of the more interesting contradictions in hospitality: The smaller the budget allocation, the bigger the expectations. I've seen projects where wellness represented a small percentage of total development spend. Yet was expected to: Differentiate the property, Drive guest loyalty, Support premium pricing, Strengthen brand positioning Carrying more strategic weight than departments with ten times the investment. That's not a budget problem. It's an expectation problem. When a function is expected to shape the entire guest proposition, it stops being a department. It becomes part of the business model. And business models cannot be added on. They have to be designed in from day one. Most wellness investments underperform for one simple reason: Funded like an amenity. Expected to perform like a strategy. #LuxuryHospitality #HotelDevelopment #WellnessStrategy #HospitalityLeadership #GuestExperience

The era of the sterile, corporate-driven hospitality model is yielding to a more profound evolution: the rise of the community-centric sanctuary. ✨ In the lifestyle sector, the shift is palpable. Sophisticated adults are no longer seeking just a venue; they are seeking a culture. We are witnessing a transition away from rigid, one-size-fits-all corporate structures toward business models that prioritize the member experience, discretion, and authentic human connection. These community-driven spaces understand that true luxury isn’t found in a brochure, but in the quality of the interactions and the safety of the environment. By placing the collective well-being and desires of their members at the core, these venues are redefining what it means to belong. It’s about more than hospitality: it’s about shared values and curated experiences that resonate on a personal level. 🥂 How do you value community in your lifestyle choices? The best things happen when the right people are in the right room. That’s not a marketing insight, it’s a commercial reality. And it’s the thinking behind The Connection House. Over the last couple of months, I’ve been exploring a question: What if hospitality became one of the most valuable channels for brand discovery? Not through advertising. Not through sponsorship. But through carefully curated experiences that genuinely add value to the guest journey. Just over a week ago, that idea became reality. Working with the team at Aviator Hampshire, we launched the first Connection House activation as part of their Screen on the Lawn experience over the bank holiday weekend. On the surface, guests received a curated Discovery Bag featuring products from The Drinks Bakery Ltd and Love Cocoa, alongside a provenance boarding pass telling the story behind the brands along with a generous brand VIP exclusive offer. But the bag was never the point. The bag was simply the first proof of the idea. What we were really testing was whether thoughtfully curated brand partnerships could enhance the guest experience whilst creating meaningful opportunities for both venues and brands. For guests, it created a moment of surprise, discovery and added value. For the venue, it enhanced an already exceptional experience without compromising the standards and attention to detail guests expect. For the brands, it created the opportunity to be experienced rather than simply seen. Because when people are relaxed, present and open to discovery, they engage differently. The most exciting part? The conversations that followed. Not about bags. About possibilities. Intimate dining experiences. Wine tastings. Wellness partnerships. Corporate hospitality. VIP guest experiences. New ways for brands and venues to come together in environments where people actually have the time and mindset to engage. A huge thank you to Aviator Hampshire for trusting a new idea, Andy and the team at The Drinks Bakery & the team at Love Cocoa for backing the concept, and to the incredibly talented Justine Burton at Berties Photography, who immediately understood the vision and helped bring it to life through these beautiful images. This started with a single activation. What excites me most is where the conversations are leading next. If you’re a venue looking to elevate the guest experience, or a brand looking for more meaningful ways to connect with the right audience, I’d love to talk. #TheConnectionHouse #HospitalityMarketing #BrandPartnerships #LuxuryHospitality #GuestExperience #ExperientialMarketing #corporatehospitality

He's BACK just ahead of New York University Hotel Conference!! Ryan Meliker, co-founder Lodging Analytics Research & Consulting, just became the first-ever repeat guest on Not Done. Thank you Ryan for the insights! We recorded the morning BEFORE LARC dropped its June numbers, so you're getting the most accurate forecaster in hospitality calling it before the Street does. A few things that'll stick with you: --> Q1 2026 was a Major outperformance for all. RevPAR ran +3.8% through a war with Iran, a government shutdown, record gas, and tariffs. -->The K-shaped economy is no longer a theory. The top 20% now drive ~60% of all consumer spending. Luxury is flying. The bottom 80% is treading water. We get into what that means for every chain scale. -->23 million. That's the swing in net U.S. travel since 2019 — roughly 4 points of national occupancy walking out the door. My diagnosis? We've hung up a "do not stay here" sign. -->"Blame AI and the stock rallies." His take on the layoff wave is sharper than anything you'll hear on a quarterly call. -->Best market for the next 5 years? Worst? (Sorry, Dallas 😅) And the single number from the new letter that should keep every hotel owner up at night. 🎧 Drops Tuesday. Hit play. This episode earns it. 👇 Who else needs to hear this? Hospitality Trendsetters Don’t Follow Trends. They Predict Human Needs. The difference between hospitality trendsetters and copycats is not creativity alone. It is timing, courage, and proximity to the guest. Copycats wait to see what works elsewhere. Trendsetters quietly build what everyone else will imitate two years later. The most visionary hospitality leaders are not asking: “What is trending?” They are asking: “What will people emotionally need next?” According to McKinsey and Deloitte, today’s guests increasingly value personalized, meaningful experiences seamlessly integrated into their lifestyles. The future of hospitality is no longer built around transactions. It is built around emotional relevance. That future belongs to operators willing to combine: ✨ Human connection and purpose-driven experiences ✨ Wellness and longevity trends ✨ Guest involvement ✨ Technology and personalization Every season, I invite our members into brainstorming sessions with myself and our Event Manager to help shape lifestyle programming and special events. Not because we lack ideas. Because the smartest leaders understand something important: The member/guest is no longer just attending the experience. They are helping curate it. That creates emotional investment, excitement, ownership, and belonging. In hospitality, brands like Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons and Six Senses, but especially independent boutique luxury hotels already understand this deeply through hyper-personalization, anticipatory service, and immersive experiences designed to feel uniquely personal. Here is the part many organizations miss: Innovation without operational excellence is chaos. You cannot become visionary if the basics are broken. Before guests follow you into new territory, they must trust you first. That means mastering: ✨ Consistency ✨ Reliability ✨ Service standards ✨ Warmth ✨ Staff culture ✨ Emotional intelligence Right now, hospitality’s fastest-growing frontier is: ✨ Longevity and recovery experiences ✨ AI-enabled personalization ✨ Experiences that create belonging, not just entertainment Hospitality is no longer competing only on luxury. It is competing on meaning. The leaders who will shape the next decade are not necessarily the loudest. They are the ones paying closest attention to human behavior and emotional shifts while asking the question most copycats never do: “What have we not done yet that would truly make people say wow?” That is where the future lives. #Hospitality #HospitalityLeadership #GuestExperience #CustomerExperience #LuxuryHospitality #Leadership #Innovation #HospitalityTrends #Brandidentity
