Last week, our manufacturing team came together for our monthly Hoopla celebration—a time to review our performance, recognize outstanding employees, and strengthen the relationships that make us a better team. This month's festivities featured a fresh-off-the-grill Mexican feast, a talented Mariachi band, dancing... and the return of one of our most anticipated traditions: the dunk tank. 😄 💦 Plant team members got the chance to dunk their supervisors, creating plenty of laughs (and a few very wet managers). As a 100% employee-owned company, moments like these remind us that our culture is one of our greatest strengths. When people feel valued, recognized, and connected, they bring that same energy to serving our customers every day. Thank you to everyone who helped make this Hoopla another memorable celebration.
