The biggest risk in transformation isn’t always visible. It sits between decision-making and execution, where priorities are interpreted, aligned, and delivered. This “middle layer” is becoming one of the most critical (and stretched) parts of any transformation programme. We’re seeing a shift in how organisations hire for it. Most digital transformation programmes don't fail because the strategy was wrong. They fail because the people to execute it weren't in place. The gap between transformation intent and transformation outcome is almost always a capability gap. The question isn't whether your organisation has a digital strategy. It's whether you have the right people to make it move. See how leading enterprises are closing the capability gap and turning strategy into execution. Enterprise performance is constrained when the operating model fails to align talent with execution. As workforce complexity increases, misalignment becomes evident across: • Capability development and evolving business demand • Talent acquisition and strategic workforce composition • Deployment models and execution priorities Leading enterprises address this by redesigning how talent operates within the system: • Aligning talent decisions with enterprise execution and value creation • Enabling dynamic allocation of capabilities across priorities and markets • Embedding continuous capability evolution within the operating model Without this alignment, capability supply and business demand drift apart, limiting the ability to scale performance. #WorkforceTransformation #WorkforceStrategy #FutureOfWork #CapabilityBuilding #businessleadership #businessconsulting #teqrox

#ignite 🔥🔥 velocity An Organisation Development initiative. 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Most organisations don’t struggle with intent—they struggle with execution. Capability gaps are rarely about lack of effort. They stem from fragmented systems, unclear accountability, and interventions that don’t translate into measurable business outcomes. That’s where the shift needs to happen. Talent development must move from 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 to 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗹𝗲𝗱. From 𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 to 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 ecosystems. 🔄 In a world that keeps changing… how ‘change-agile’ are we really? It’s a question that sounds simple, but in practice our members don’t find it so. This blog explores what it actually means to build a change agility muscle in the digital workplace – not as a one-off initiative, but as an ongoing capability. Because agility isn’t just about reacting faster. It’s about: 🔹 Creating the conditions where change can land well. 🔹 Helping people adapt without overwhelming them. 🔹 Building trust in the systems, tools and signals that guide change. 🔹 And recognizing that transformation is as much about people as it is about technology. As the pace of disruption continues to increase, the organizations that thrive won’t necessarily be the ones that change the most, but the ones that change well. We think so anyway! Have a read of our take on this below. 👉 See the full blog: https://lnkd.in/exgy7uhW #digitalworkplace #changeagility #futureofwork #digitaltransformation #employeeexperience #dwgcommunity

In the pursuit of digital transformation, it's crucial to shift from merely '𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹' 𝘁𝗼 '𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹.' While many organisations embark on digital initiatives, true digital maturity demands a deeper integration of digital strategies into core business operations and models. Many organisations fall into the trap of just 'doing' by 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀. This creates a false sense of digital transformation but doesn't allow the organisation to reach true digital maturity. The genuine digital maturity involves a transformational shift where digital principles and practices are embedded throughout the organisation. It requires a strategic overhaul, including redefining leadership roles, fostering an innovative culture, and integrating technology into every part of the business. This journey involves embracing comprehensive changes, from enhancing agility and innovation ecosystems to adopting a digital-first culture and mindset. ❓Ready to turn your complex challenges into strategic advantages?
