Venkat’s curiosity led to the development of new, more efficient tools. He embraces a learning mindset, consistently expands his skills, and shares his learnings with colleagues. Be Kind Award winner: Siobhan Barden Siobhan steps up as a peer coach and is known for always being the first to offer a helping hand and a word of genuine encouragement. Her uplifting energy sets the tone for her team. Be Courageous Award winner: Andrew Ferris Andrew proposed a bold plan for a stalled project and rallied teammates to try something new. His courageous idea ultimately kept things on track by challenging the status quo. Be Community Focused Award winner: Marisa S. Carrasquillo, BPH, MHA Marisa has been a Service Day coordinator for six years, serves on our BlueCrew Leadership Council, and dedicates free time to community organizations.
