The UKRC Internship Programme Welcome Dinner was a wonderful opportunity to bring together our participating companies and interns as they begin their summer internship journey. The evening provided a relaxed setting for everyone to connect, catch up, and share their first experiences in the workplace. It was also a great chance for the BCCT team to hear how the internships are progressing and ensure that both our interns and host companies have had a positive start to the programme. During the evening, we also shared a preview of what is coming next. This October, we will celebrate the programme with our Graduation Ceremony, where interns will showcase their internship journey through a short team video and share their personal reflections on the skills, experiences, and insights they have gained throughout the summer. Further details on the group arrangements and submission requirements will be shared with participants by email in due course. A huge thank you to all our participating companies for investing in the next generation of talent, and to our interns for embracing this exciting opportunity.
