Position: Member Relationship Executive Job type: Full-time 🎯 Role Overview As a Member Relationship Executive, you will be the primary liaison between BCCT and its member and sponsor companies. While most sponsors are also members, some organisations choose to engage solely as sponsors. Your role will focus on cultivating strong relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring members fully recognise the value of BCCT. This includes following up with existing members, managing renewals, and gaining a deep understanding of their business activities in Taiwan. We aim to build meaningful connections that extend beyond email correspondence. You will also oversee the onboarding of new members, ensuring a seamless integration into the BCCT community. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will enhance engagement and satisfaction among both members and sponsors. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Business Development & Outreach • Identify potential member companies and strategic contacts. • Support business development initiatives and promote the value of BCCT membership. • Initiate outreach, coordinate meetings and site visits, and represent BCCT in introductory engagements. • Drive Chamber growth by engaging with prospective members and sponsors. Member Engagement & Relationship Management • Maintain and update contact records in the member database. • Liaise regularly with member companies to ensure continued engagement. • Facilitate communication and follow-ups after meetings or events. • Manage membership renewals and proactively remind members of upcoming deadlines. • Develop a thorough understanding of members’ business activities in Taiwan to foster meaningful connections. New Member Onboarding • Build and manage contact lists for newly joined members. • Guide new companies through the onboarding process. • Ensure smooth integration into the BCCT community. • Collaborate with Marketing and Events colleagues to welcome, promote, and engage new members. • Administrative & Coordination Support • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up communications. • Support the team in organising member-related activities and initiatives. 👤 Ideal Candidate • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels. • A creative mindset, bringing forward initiatives and ideas that add tangible value to members. • Proactive, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about building connections. • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and diligent in follow‑ups. • Comfortable working with CRM systems or contact databases. • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. • Previous experience in business development, client relations, or membership organisations is preferred. 📩 Please send your CV to info@bcctaipei.com
