Broadridge's Tokenization Pulse Study: "The challenge now is less about proving the technology and more about building the ecosystem around it." 84% of firms call tokenization strategic — only 26% are in production. As firms scale, the barrier is not tech, it's operational complexity. That's the exciting challenge. I have spent my career building and scaling global operating models in financial services — standards, governance, org design, cross-jurisdiction operating rails. These are non-negotiable requirements as firms merge DeFi with TradFi ("hybridizing the infrastructure") at scale. Curious how others are thinking about the operating model side of this shift.

At #LumosCore, we see this reality playing out across the Web3 ecosystem every single day. Financial institutions can no longer afford to operate on isolated chains. Real-world asset (RWA) scaling demands a universal framework where data, compliance metadata, and value can flow seamlessly between legacy networks and public ledgers without friction. By building open, multi-chain liquidity routing protocol, the industry is actively shifting from experimentation to deep institutional execution. The fragmentation is clearing. The digital standard is here. #Web3 #LRP #Blockchain

Digital assets vs traditional assets? It doesn't look like the industry sees it as an either/or decision. According to Broadridge's latest Tokenization Pulse Study, 92% of financial institutions expect digital and traditional assets to coexist for the foreseeable future. From the conversations I'm having, that feels about right. The focus has shifted from "Will tokenization happen?" to "How do we make it work alongside existing market infrastructure?" The real opportunity is using tokenization to improve efficiency, increase access to markets and unlock new opportunities, rather than replacing what's already there. If you're interested in where the market is heading, the study is well worth a read: http://spklr.io/6043EPshL If this is something your firm is exploring, I'd be happy to compare notes and share what we're seeing across the industry. Feel free to reach out.

Infrastructure Creates Confidence Confidence is often viewed as something markets either have or lose. In reality, confidence is built much earlier. It begins with infrastructure. Reliable infrastructure enables financial systems to coordinate more effectively. Better coordination allows capital to move with greater consistency, reduces operational friction and strengthens the resilience of the broader ecosystem. This is why infrastructure should not be viewed as supporting technology. It is a core component of financial confidence. As digital financial markets continue to mature, institutions will increasingly depend on infrastructure that is predictable, interoperable and reliable. Confidence is not simply a market reaction. It is the result of systems that consistently perform as intended. #FinancialInfrastructure #DigitalAssets #Tokenization #Stablecoins #CapitalMarkets
