The board of directors should evaluate John Fieldly’s motives at this point. I can’t figure out why, but he seems to be steering the ship towards a cheap Pepsi buyout. That would only make sense if he sold close to $100M of shares when Pepsi stuffed the channel to provide inflated revenue growth during said share sales.
