Last big session here on the SW coast, before my Ironman race next weekend in Bolton. I’ve enjoyed two weeks of great weather in Cornwall, traning most days. Lots of early starts to fit around family life- but truly worth it for views like this of St Michael’s Mount in Marazion. I’m now mega excited for my race next weekend, nerves I’m sure will creep in this next 7 days. But it’s been a privilege to train hard, push my body and mind into doing a new sport (triathlon) for the first time. Injury free (touch wood) is a bonus right now and I’m enjoying the calm before the chaos which is race day. I’ve trained, and racing Bolton 70.3 next weekend to raise awareness and funds for Rosemere Cancer Foundation - who support those facing battles with cancer, and their families. A cause very close to my heart, with my mum in the midst of her own battle with Cancer, of an unknown Primary. If you can donate a little, or a lot- every little helps. https://lnkd.in/eDquRhpf
Good luck for your ironman Dr Chris Ball
