Really enjoyed a day trip to BMA house in London last week with my right hand woman, our newly appointed practice manager, Molly-Ann, attending Dentally Live. It’s not often Mol and I get time together to work on the business. So getting a day together, in the glorious sunshine immersed in all things Dentally was a hugely welcomed day. As a business, we’ve partnered with Dentally since day 1. A cloud based PMS with open APIs allowing us to develop a customised tech stack coupled with Stripe and HubSpot. But the world has turned upside down since 2022, and with the advent of AI solutions- I’ve been curious to see what Dentally has in store. It felt like we were at an Apple Product Launch event most of the day 🤣, but hearing other practice owners like David Lewis share stories and insights into their own practices left both Molly and I excited to get back in Practice come Monday morning. Shame the weather meant our train home was delayed 4 hours 🥵🥵and we detoured home via Manchester Piccadilly. Opportunistically also meant I could catch up with Daniel from Medfin. A platform which has drawn the veil back on truely how my practice performs and operates 🤯

Love this Dr Chris Ball. Stepping away from the day-to-day to work on the business is invaluable. The combination of the right technology, good data, and a clear vision can make a huge difference to how a practice grows. Sounds like a day well spent, despite the journey home!
