City Releases 2026-2029 Council Strategic Plan and Corporate Business Plan   The St. Albert Council Strategic Plan identifies what Council will focus on during its term. The Plan was informed by the City’s existing Community Vision, including the Pillars of Sustainability, and outlines three key areas of focus and associated strategic priorities.   Council’s Strategic Plan provides direction for the City’s efforts, above delivery of Council-approved services, to ensure we take care of our community now as we plan and invest in a sustainable future for everybody.   The Corporate Business Plan ensures that Administration’s work progresses on the initiatives required to advance Council’s priorities.
