When leaders at the University of Maryland Medical System saw an opportunity to celebrate both Morrison Healthcare and Crothall Healthcare team members each month, it sparked a chain reaction of collaboration and connectivity, leading to increased patient and nursing satisfaction. The new celebration, known as the "Triple Crown Trophy," recognizes associates and teams who work together to create meaningful patient experiences. Both Crothall and Morrison teams, as well as hospital nursing teams and patient experience leaders, gather monthly for the reveal and celebration of the winners.
