We came home from Dentally Live with the award for Best Patient Experience 🏆 Rahul Khatri, our Operations Manager, accepted it on behalf of the whole team, joined on the day by Nikaisha A., our Contact Centre Manager. Both spent the day talking with suppliers and industry leaders about the software and ideas shaping how patients move through their care. The award recognises something our clinicians and support teams work at every day, which is making sure people feel looked after from the first phone call to the moment they leave the chair.
