In a few weeks, Equip leaders Erin Parks, Ph.D., Jessie Menzel, and Angela Celio Doyle, PhD, FAED will join clinicians, researchers, and advocates from across the globe for the Academy for Eating Disorders International Conference on Eating Disorders (ICED) in the Netherlands! 🌍 We are honored to sponsor the conference and present findings from our largest-of-its-kind research study with over 800 young adults with anorexia between the ages of 18 and 24. Angela Celio Doyle, PhD, Equip’s VP of Clinical Affairs, will be presenting: "Comparing Virtual FBT-TAY and CBT-E for Emerging Adults With Anorexia Nervosa in a Large Sample" 🗓️ June 4 at 10:00 a.m. We look forward to connecting with researchers and colleagues who are equally committed to furthering the field of eating disorders and ensuring the best care possible for patients. We hope to see you there! 👋 #ICED2026

What stands out here is the combination of research, clinical collaboration, and operational accessibility working together in a real care environment. In virtual-care settings especially, clear communication, continuity, and strong support systems behind the scenes can make a major difference in helping patients stay connected to care. Looking forward to seeing the impact of the research coming out of ICED 2026.

This is a wonderful opportunity to share such extensive and meaningful research with a global audience. As a fellow researcher, I deeply believe that knowledge is power — especially when that knowledge helps individuals, families, and care teams better understand the challenges people face and the pathways that can support recovery and fuller living. I am passionate about health, nutrition, and whole-person wellness, and I also understand personally how complex the journey around body image can be. Thank you, Equip, for continuing to do such important work in advancing evidence-based care and expanding access to information that can truly make a difference.
