Opening your own practice is a strange thing. You spend all your money on the buildout and staff, then unlock the door and realize the hardest part isn't medicine. It's that nobody knows you're there yet. A new practice starts at zero. No reviews, no search history, no word of mouth. And if you came from another office, none of that comes with you. We wrote the honest first year plan: what to build first, why ads matter early, and how to get reviews from patient number one. https://lnkd.in/eAYx8tBX #HealthcareMarketing #PrivatePractice

Can patients actually find your practice online? Here’s a simple exercise: Open Google and search for your practice the same way a new patient would. What do you see? Is your Google Business Profile complete and up to date? Are your reviews recent? Does your website load quickly? Is it clear what services you offer and how to schedule an appointment? These first impressions matter more than many providers realize. Before a patient ever calls your office, they’re deciding whether they trust you based on what they find online. If your online presence is outdated, incomplete, or difficult to navigate, potential patients may move on to another provider, even if you offer exceptional care. Take five minutes this week to search for your own practice. You may be surprised by what your future patients are seeing. When was the last time you Googled your own practice?

Patients decide something about your practice before they ever meet you. They decide it from your website, in seconds, based on things that have nothing to do with your clinical skill. So I put together five signs the outside isn't doing the job of matching what you do on the inside: 1. Your homepage describes symptoms and treatments instead of the specific transformation patients get. 2. Your photos are stock images, or worse, AI-generated images instead of your actual space and your actual team. 3. Your language reads like every other clinic in your specialty, because it uses the same phrases every clinic uses. 4. Your reviews sound better than your own copy does. 5. You've stopped looking at your own site, because you already know it needs work and don't have time to fix it. Obviously, none of this means your care is sub-standard, it just means that your brand hasn't caught up to it yet.

Should you print veneers on Midas or Pro 2? It’s one of the most common questions we hear from clinicians exploring digital restorative workflows, and the answer depends on your clinical goals. In this video, George, SprintRay’s Head of Product Management, walks through the advantages of each approach. Understanding the strengths of each workflow can help you choose the right solution for your practice and your patients. If you’re considering adding chairside restorations to your practice, request a demo through the link in the comments to see these workflows in action.

Dentists will spend thousands on CE without thinking twice. Another clinical course. Another technique. Another weekend away from the family to learn something they could probably find online. And meanwhile the thing that actually grows a practice — how you talk to people, how your team communicates, how you convert a conversation into a patient who stays and refers nobody's teaching that. Or at least nobody's making it the priority. One doctor saw 30% production increases just from changing how his team talks. Not from a new procedure. From a conversation. Listen to the Private Practice Playbook with Jay Geier now. 🔗 https://heyor.ca/0N0ddm

A note on what we mean when we say we are building a premium clinical practice. We do not mean aesthetics. We mean standards. We mean every client is thoroughly prepared before any significant intervention. We mean clinical documentation is precise and personalized. We mean integration is built around what each individual actually experienced — not a template. This is what we are building at Be Well. Follow Be Well Therapy Collective as we approach our Scottsdale launch — and share with a colleague who is thinking seriously about the standard of care in this space.

A medical office has to feel ready before the first patient walks in. That takes more than doing the obvious things at the end of the day. It takes clear expectations, trained teammates, and a plan that matches how the office actually operates. https://hubs.la/Q04nqrjn0 When the details are handled overnight, the team can start the next morning focused on patients instead of the condition of the space.
