We're still in Horizons Summit, presented by JFF recovery mode. A few days spent with people who care deeply about the future of workforce development leaves you with a full notebook, fresh ideas, and a renewed sense of purpose. One message has stayed with us. As our CEO Hamoon Ekhtiari shared on the main stage: "We're thinking too small, moving too slowly, and building in silos. It’s time to be audacious in the bets we make to solve these challenges at scale." That message will stay with us long after Horizons. It challenges all of us to think beyond incremental change, work across systems instead of silos, and make bold investments in solutions that can improve outcomes at scale. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the FutureFit AI Café, joined one of our video interviews (more to come!), attended Hamoon’s mainstage session, or simply took the time to connect with our team. We appreciated every conversation. We're energized by what's ahead and grateful to be building alongside a community that's committed to creating a more connected, more effective workforce system. #WorkforceDevelopment, #FutureOfWork, #WorkforceInnovation, #CareerNavigation, #AI, #JFFHorizons
