I know it's cliche, but it really is like a happy family. G&B is truly a family. I know a lot of people say that about companies, but we are a place where everybody actually likes each other. I think that that's really special, especially in a sales environment. The culture is a very homey, just people being real humans, which is really nice without like trying to sound too cliche. They really are incredible people, each one with their own unique personalities that I feel like I've never even met. Anyone like them before? Everyone here just genuinely cares about each other so much and we are all constantly rooting for each other. I have never been in a work setting where I genuinely loved everybody that I work with, so I think that alone sets to and be a part. Just from workplaces in general, everybody is genuinely very nice and very professional and they treat people with respect.
